Henry Cornell formed The Blev Group in 2020 and has over $700M of industrial real estate transaction experience. Prior to Blev, he led investments with Buligo Capital, a publicly traded real estate sponsor, and Fundrise, one of the 50 largest real estate private equity investors by annual deployment. His experience in industrial real estate spans the entire project lifecycle including acquisitions, asset management, development, and leasing.

Henry graduated with a B.S. in Civil & Environmental Engineering from the University of Virginia. He lives in Bucks County, PA with his wife and two large dogs. In his free time he enjoys tennis, golf, reading, and agonizing over Arsenal and Philadelphia's sports teams.  ​
